The Tale of Desperaux being the story of a mouse, a princess, some soup, and a spool of thread.

I have just started reading this book and it is so incredibly cute! I totally recommend it to everyone. :) I know it's a kids book, but it makes me smile. The chapters are short so it's good for "inbetween" activities (like when I am at work and waiting for something to open or save, etc). And pretty much every chapter makes me smile for one reason or another. It's just a sweet book. :) And it reminds me just a little of the stories my mom used to tell us when were young.
