Ouch

I pinched a nerve in my neck Wednesday night (in my sleep). I woke up yesterday morning in an incredible amount of pain and I couldn't turn my head, or sit up, or sit down. It was very frustrating. I was also frustrated that it was the middle of the night (well, 5AM). I also felt bad for Dave because he had to get up and comfort me.

Anyway, long story short, I pinched a nerve in my neck and spent all of yesterday looking down over my left shoulder (no, I did not go to work). Today I can turn my head from side to side with less pain, but am still not comfortable. It totally sucks.
